Amenities – Residents have full use of a swimming pool, hot tub, weight room, laundry facility, playground, picnic tables with gas grills and a large clubhouse with full kitchen available for functions for up to 200 people, and a free RV storage area. Activities for children are numerous and in the past have included an awesome haunted house for Halloween, Santa & Mrs. Clause with a live reindeer and an Easter egg hunt. Denver Cascade is pet friendly.
